Crab au Gratin
From the French verb gratiner – to broil – gratin is a process that involves topping a dish with cheese and baking or broiling until crispy. Our frozen Crab au Gratin, served in a real crab shell, is a local favourite. What’s not to love about delicious crab meat in a creamy roux, topped with cheese?
