When it comes to seafood, some people may not care for its strong flavour. Not all seafood tastes the same, however. Fresh Wild Atlantic Cod, in particular, is a mild and lean source of low-calorie protein, making it a healthy and tasty choice. If you’re looking for premium quality wild Atlantic cod, Quinlan is the go-to supplier. As one of Canada’s leading providers of Wild Atlantic Cod, we are proud to deliver fresh, high-quality seafood.

Why Choose Wild Atlantic Cod?

If you’re wondering whether Fresh Wild Atlantic Cod is tasty, the answer is a resounding “Yes!” Wild Atlantic cod is prized for its flaky, white flesh and mild flavour, making it a popular choice in seafood restaurants. Its light taste and texture appeal to those who may shy away from stronger-tasting fish, providing essential nutrients your body needs with a more appealing choice.

Benefits of Wild Atlantic Cod:

●  High-Quality Protein: An excellent source of lean protein, making it a healthy addition to your diet.

●  Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids: These essential fats support heart and brain health.

●  Loaded with Vitamins and Minerals: Packed with nutrients, it’s a flavourful and nutritious option for seafood lovers.

Why You Should Try Newfoundland and Labrador Scallops

Scallops are a type of mollusk, related to clams, oysters, and mussels, with a hinged shell. Its white, succulent meat is easily recognizable in any seafood dish, but its soft, red or white roe is also a popular delicacy in many parts of the world. At Quinlan, we produce high-quality NL Sea Scallops for high-end seafood markets.

Why Try NL Sea Scallops?

Promotes Heart Health: Scallops are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which support cardiovascular health. They contain omega-3s – more than shrimp but less than some finfish – making them a smart, heart-healthy choice.

Supports Bone Health: Scallops provide key nutrients like calcium, magnesium, and selenium, which are essential for maintaining strong bones, particularly for those at risk of osteoporosis.

Rich in Minerals and Nutrients: In addition to selenium, scallops are packed with vitamins and minerals that support thyroid function, reproductive health, and DNA production.

Why Choose Quinlan?

Seafood is an integral part of many cuisines around the world, and in Canada, it’s a staple on many menus and in many homes. Whether it’s chili crab or pan-seared cod, seafood is at the heart of many dishes and choosing one of the best local cod suppliers is important. At Quinlan, we are proud to be one of the leading suppliers of fresh local cod and scallops in Canada. Our wide range of top-quality seafood is sure to impress even the most discerning of palates.
